A quest for the Holy Grail

Henry Walton Jones and the last crusade

Professor Dr. Henry Walton Jones dedicated his entire adult life, his fortune and his scholarly efforts to the fulfillment of his life long dream to find the location of the cup of Jesus Christ. Firm in the belief he had been given a quest, Henry explore the cradle of civilization on a perilous hunt for the mysterious Holy Grail – which the evil is also after in his quest for immortality. As legend holds that the person who drinks from the Grail lives forever, it would seem only natural that the evil would embark on a relentless pursuit of the sacred cup.

To win the race and in order to keeping the armies of darkness form once again getting their hands on an artifact that could make them all-powerful, Henry manages to get word to his estranged son Indiana, and the two men narrowly defeat the forces of the evil while simultaneously learning to respect and love each other for the first time in their lives.

Henry belief that the quest for the Holy Grail is not archaeology. And in this subject it's significant to understand, that for him the recovering of the chalice that contains the life-blood of Jesus, is a serious race against evil. Because if that prize of the centuries is captured by wicked persons, the armies of darkness will march all over the face of the earth.

"In this sort of race, there's no silver medal for finishing second."

- Henry Walton Jones, Sr.
